How to install Network Addon Mod?

Ok this is gona be my third try installing this in my sim city 4 the first 2 tries just crashed my sim city 4 i dont know why so right now i unistall my sc4 and deleted all my plugins and i install the bat and sc4 update thats it now i wana install the nam correct i dont know what to do please tell me the right way

You have SC4 Rush Hour or Deluxe... and you have the EP 1 patch... Now you're ready for the NAM...

Download NAM...  Open/extract the zip folder... Run the setup routine (click on the NetworkAddonMod_Setup icon). Read each option carefully to decide what you want installed. The setup will place the files where thay need to go in the Plugins folder.
