Purchasing New items to help Simtropolis.

 So...i was thinking about ideas to put in the new ideas! tab when i thought of this. I figured it would be best to put this in here than in the ideas! tab because it isnt really about the site...anyway. I thought about how simtropolis is always looking at more donations to help it keep running. I for one, dont see the need to buy a STEX disc, yet i would love to donate money when i get some. SO i thought, what about starting to sell items such as t-shirts, mugs, etc. with a simtropolis design on them and using them to raise money. Because who wouldnt want to wake up in the morning and drink their tea(or coffee) out of a snazzy Simtropolis mug while wearing their simtropolis t-shirt?!?! 

I just wanted to post to see what people think about this idea, and maybe even PMing Dirk about it.

There are many more sties and other ways to do so, and it would be a good idea in my mind. Just my opinion.

This already exists, actually. And has for a looong time.

In fact, I own a couple of those T-shirts. Here I am in one of them. Ignore the massive cowlick.

*sarcasm*Well thanks duke.....lol just kidding. I actually didnt realize that that was there. i went looking for a previous topic and didnt find one and so i assumed it hadnt been thought of yet. Of course i should have thought better But! how about an easier way to get to it, as in, maybe making an extra linkie in the donation tab. (just trying to redeem myself here!)

Oh, and btw...after thinking about it over a nice shower, i think that i do need the STEX discs soon

Well, Duke, the problem with that is that you can't find that store. Thus, some additional advertising would be helpful. Oh, BTW, you link to the image is not working..
