A few things before I begin:

 

• This City Journal contains no cheats at all.
• It has been inspired by many great authors such as Jeronij, fredval and of course mrbisonm so if you see any similarities between this journal and theirs, now you know why.
• My previous City Journal, Turnwood, has ended. Same with Santa Monica, the one that I had been working on.

There isn't going to be much of a storyline. Just a few words about the pictures and how some of the things came to be. For now, I only have a regional shot of Trinity Bay, which is hand-made. You may notice the extra land on the right side of the region. This is for camera versatility. Without those, you wouldn't be able to see some of the land; and who knows, maybe I'll expand further east.

Today I introduce...

 

Gerstaaben

 

Gerstaaben is a land only known to the Germans. They colonized it decades ago and are still around.

The Docks down in Gerstaaben have grown significantly since they first arrived.

 

 

---

 

One of the very first German villages to be built is still standing.

 

 

---

 

One of the latest towns to be built is one of their largest.

 

 

---

 

The Germans' most important structure is the Parliament Hall, known for their law-passing.

 

 

---

 

Gerstaaben's discovery of offshore oil pits has increased its trade and income tenfold.

Fenton

 

Fenton is a small area owned by the Irish.

The towns are a bit smaller than those of Gerstaaben's.

 

 

---

 

Their plant is a bit crude, but packs more power than the cleaner ones.

 

 

---

 

The people of Fenton live in urban areas as opposed to quiet suburbs.

 

 

---

 

There is a saying in Fenton. 'The higher you are, the richer you are.' Richer citizens tend to live on higher altitudes rather than by the murky waters.

A new section was opened to the public recently.

The council of Fenton allowed for an entirely new neighborhood which houses lower-income families.

WOw! Very nice CJ! Building on mountains is quite... well... not easy... and u managed to do it flawlessly! I love the road and street layout that you have going on. Cant wait to see that new monument.

 

Btw... in the future.. will there be like a huge downtown? or use of highways?  just wondering.. hehe.
