Missing Plugin Packs

I keep getting a message, when I open a city, saying that Plugin Packs 1477978974 and 1743246434 are missing.

I searched for these but couldn't find them, anyone know what they are?

The message appears when you don't have the required files for the items used by lots in the city you entered. This means you either did not get the required dependencies or you removed something from your plugins that was being used.

Unfortunately, the numbers by themselves aren't much help. You may be able to convert them to hex then search your computer for them if they are part of the file name. Otherwise, you'll need to examine the lots in your city to see if you notice anything missing.

If you know you have recently removed anything from your plugins, you could try putting it back. Or check any recently added plugins for dependency files.

Thanx for the reply I figured out what it was, it was the green and red markers thingies from the seaport mod I just deleted them.
