As the title says, I have very little traffic in my cities even though the road capacity is dark red. 

I'm guessing I don't have a powerful enough computer, but I'm not really sure what the reason is.

Which graphic level do you use? Low/Medium or High?

Any specs of your computer might help too...

With low, the amount of cars on the road is reduced to prevent lag. With medium and high you see more cars.

Is there any way you can edit some files so that you get the same level of cars in the lower graphic modes that you get in the high ones?
