Ah, that last picture looks amazing! I wish we could do such things in SC4...

Thanks for the compliment! Actually, one thing I admire in SC4 is the Lot Editor - that's where I'm spending most of my gaming time. And the lack of such utility is the main reason why I'm not playing CXL.

But your CJ makes me dreaming about all the missing things in SC4...

Keep up the great work! 44.gif

Something happened to my photobucket account and I was not able to upload all my screenshots yesterday.... However, here's a teaser shot from GRANDEGRAD which has doubled its population---- it's the regional shopping center on the outskirts of town - still a work in progress:

    Photobucket

Stay tuned for the full update coming up today or tomorrow!!!

Yea I see what you were saying Jazy about the shopping center. That's about how mine looked and I wasn't 100% satisfied with it. It didn't feel quite right and the bases of most of the retail buildings didn't fit in very well with one another. I am going to try some different tweaks on mine I tested and see what i can come up with as well. Good start and very creative!

Really what I'll do is place the mall int he middle and surrounded it by a sea of parking. Stay tuned. Do note that I at least managed to line up all the parking spaces properly --- too bad they are all empty.... 15.gif

Hey it's better than nothing!! The modders at CitiesXS did the best they could..... since a lot of the game atm is "play around and see if you can make it work."

Hahaha yea Jazy all my updates lately have been piecemeal really. Working on a lot of updates to the existing city right now and trying to remember and do before/after shots. I still don't see how you have time to do so many cities!!

Yeah, it's nuts -- and I DO have a full-time job with other after work activities as well.... ... I guess I ought to take a break from CXL. This game is kind of addictive though... sometimes I feel like I'm bored of it but then after a few days I want to get back at it again..... Hmmmm...

The old lady on the scooter just looks funny.

Nice shopping area, it's a shame that the people can't actually park on it...
