Highway interchanges problems

I just installed SC4 RH on my new computer, along with all mods and stuff I had on my old one. One of those mods are the NAM. I downloaded the latest version, removed the old one and now some of my highway interchanges looks like on the pics below. Anyone knows why?

look through the NAM discussion threads (NAM General Discussion and NAM Development) i remember someone else reporting this same problem. i cant remember how they fixed it thought

i'll tell you   your Sim City4 and Rush Hour are not from the same country... this happened to me and i went through a lot help from the people of Simtropolis to solve it.... if  they are from  the same  country its  either a graphics card issue  or you  need  to get  the 2 patches that are available all over  hope this helps!!

Ok I see..
Well actually I lost my SC4 cd's when I moved, so unfortunately I had to download the game since I didn't have the money to buy the game all over again. And I guess SC4 and RH was different language versions...

I've been looking everywhere for my cd's but I can't find them. Anyways, thanks for your help!
