Hello guys, could anybody helps about one question?? I woild like to use tram lines in my cities, but unfortunatelly i don´t know how to do  yet, i couldn´t to find any tutorial for this, so i came here to ask for help. I already have the tram tools at misc. transports menu, but i don´t know how to plop the lines correctly... could somebody help please?!?!

one doubt else : Do I need catenaries?

Short version:

{1} Download glr stations from the STEX and/or LEX. You should be able to search for "glr" in the "Google Custom Search" on both sites and you will find some.

{2} Find the tram starter piece in the menu, and plop it.

{3} Then you switch to the "El-rail" tool (keyboard shortcut [ctrl]+t I think, or else [alt]+t) and drag from the far end of the starter piece to a couple of tiles away (maybe 5-7 tiles).

{4} You then demolish the starter piece. Now you can drag both ways, and make intersections, sharp curves, etc.

{5} Place stations on the line, and you've got a working tram system!

You do not need catenarys. I don't think there are any for trams anyways...
