It's pretty annoying to see all those lines of lights.. How can I hide them?

Ouch. Ok then, I'll try to put in lights on the far end 4.gif.

You should be able to hide them in the display panel next to the utilities tab (ie BAT tab) on the right hand side. There's a rollout called "Hide by Category" where you can choose to hide lights and cameras in the viewports. Is that what you meant?

Haha, I already checked them by following a tutorial.. But they don't seem to do anything (on my computer 3.gif).

You mean all those yellow lines, after you insert a light? Yeah, I've always found those quite annoying. I hope there's a way to fix that.

Yea, that one. The others can be hidden using the Hide unselected/selected option 4.gif - just found that out.

I hope I'm able to hide the yellow line mess as well.. What's the purpose of it?

From memory (because I don't have gmax in front of me at the moment), I just go to File - XRef scene, and click remove to get rid of the lighting rig entirely. Then it will be regenerated when I do the next preview render...

I think I learned that somewhere in the tutorials, but can't remember...been doing it ever since I started BATting to get rid of the annoying yellows that pop up after you plunk a light into the model...
