Residential $$$ to occupy one grid square?

Hi,

Is there, are there any R$$$ homes that occupy one square in the game (maxis or user created)?

I'd like to build some mountain areas of one of my cities and want all the homes to only occupy one small grid square but I've as of yet not seen any wealthy homes appear in those one grid squares and wonder if there are any or maybe it's just that nobody wealthy wants to move into those lots where I've zoned them.

Any suggestions for $$$ residential one grid square lot homes would be appreciated too.

Sidenote: I ask others to suggest plugins because quite honestly, much of the really great user created stuff is buried down deep in the STEX that which I'd never find it on my own, some people have pointed out some really awesome stuff on the STEX which I most assuredly would never see if they hadn't, this is why I often ask for suggestions on plugins.  Thank you for your understanding.

The only ones I can recall are these.  They're little cottages that would look good in a mountain area.  There may be some row homes, but I don't if that's what you want in your area.  If so, try a "row home", "rowhome" or " townhome" search.
