Odd region view

 The picture tells everything, right?

This will only happen at large cities, and not when no city is installed there at all..

Any idea's on what's wrong?

Images are limited to 800x600 pixels.

Your screen resolution is too high. Try to set the resolution below 1600x1200 and save thos cities again. This is a familliar bug when playing the game under a high screen resoluton.

Tried it, but my screen is stretched odd then =|.

As mentioned, you just need to lower the game resolution (below 1600x1200) to save the cities. Once you do that, you can try your custom resolution to see if  the cities appear normal.
