I hope I can make a plugin.But is this possible for me to make it?

And what I need to make it?

Well firstly you should say your idea about roads, that way we can tell you if its possible or not. Or if its already been done.

Don't worry we are quite friendly here, so we won't steal your ideas.

All tools are free, noone can charge for tools or plugins even if they wanted to, but most wouldn't anyway : )

About road I think i can do but I don't know what tool that I needed...
