BAT's not showing up in game

So I literally downloaded like 100+ BAT files....and only like 30 or so are in the actual game....I made sure I have all the dependencies, and all of them were installed right, and placed in the Plugins folder....

How come they are not showing up?

Did you check if some of them have installers? Other than that....they should all be in the game somewhere......

well the ones that needed to be installed I installed, the ones that needed to be moved to the PLugins folder I moved.

I am gonna check all the folders to make sure that they are not actually installs...

Not all downloaded bats will appear in your game menus. Alot of them are growable.

A growable building will grow on it's own; it will not appear in any menus. You need to place down residential/commercial/industrial zoning, and then it will appear in the zones.
