Interchange variation

 i've seen alot of  interchanges for the rhw but i have never seen this one,  what would this be? it looks like a mix between a Y interchange and a T interchange, what do you guys think? [ it looks fully functional]

how do you get from west to east? it seems that if you are heading left the only way for you to go is up... you can go from right to left but not left to right as it send you north

You can go from west to east. However, you cannot go from east to west. Otherwise, it's okay.

Yea, there needs to be another exit to go straight coming from the east.

1. It depends on what side of the road you drive on - if you drive on the left, you can't get from west to east. If you drive on the right, you can't get from east to west.

2. As for the interchange, it looks very close to a T-bone - if you could travel through in both directions, it would be one. A T-bone is like a T interchange, but more compact and has sharper turns.

Looks like a good idea of a motorway interchange...but as the others said you can't go from east to west (or vice versa if you're using left-hand drive). I think though that this interchange is way to oversized? Is that just me?

Yeah, it's too big. For highways(?) of that capacity a simple intersection would do, and if you really wanted an interchange you could make a trumpet interchange.
