The primary language on ST is English if you don't know the language well, thats ok you can use a google translator just type the words you wish to use and convert it then paste the words. A translator can be found here

There are multiple speedways that i know of not sure they are what your looking. They can be found here here and here

I guess you're saying this. It makes the asphalt texture much darker, some say it gives an European look...

Place the HRS mod into a folder with a name starting with "zzz_" so it loads after the NAM. Then it should be fine.
