Nice town! I really enjoy those trees your using, as well as the road and farm, then leading into the small housing developments.

Nice start, Ehtan ! I really like that town my friend. However, I think the MAxis hospital is abit too big for this sized town, maybe you should try to find a little one which will probablylooks goos there !

Nice lotting job there, Ehtan ! I like the use of the old buildings, and also the placement of them. It's funny because the angle buildings are sitting in the middle of a block and the straight one are at the corners.. but in that situation it looks fantastic !

The only advise I can tell you is to use the new CP's trees (that are seasonal - if you don't know how to do that, just tell me by MP here or at SC4D I'll answer as soon as possible ! Or you can directly tell it here.. ^^ ) because the trees you used aren't looking really well in that situation.
