Wish I could help you with the problem but I can't.  What I can do is just encourage you to stick with it.  I know that it is complicated as well as long and tedious but one of these days you'll have it done and you'll take your place among the major contibutors to Simtropolis.

It's (almost) alive!

I've managed to get all the messages into the game.
However, it still says text not in database, even if it's there.

Do the text files neet to be in the same group?


By the way, I will include two versions, one that keeps all Maxis messages, and adds the SC3k ones, and one that removes most uneccesary fluff messages, but adds the SC3K ones.
