I've been playing Simcity 4 for quite some time now but recently I noticed a problem with my game:

Notice that there is no detail at the edge of the lot. This has happened to all of the buildings in my game. I have uninstalled my game and then reinstalled it but it has done the same thing. I have even taken all of my plugins away too.

I need some help ASAP. Thank you very much for your help.

I believe I have a similair problem with one of my cities. I open my city and to my surprise the lots on several buildings on one side of the city have either no props or are missing the whole building itself, leaving a barren empty lot or some very undecorated areas.

Any help would be appreciated and I will post pictures if necessary.

The issue you are having reminds me of what is known to the SC4 community as "Prop Pox". You should have a look at this thread (SC4D) for a thorough explanation of this issue, and see if this is what you are experiencing.

Hope this helps.

Also, this topic should be moved to the Bugs & Technical Issues section.

Prop pox will only occur in very large cities (with city file sizes in excess of roughly 8 gigabytes and usually "large" city tiles). The linked thread gives much more detail, but what you are showing is almost certainly NOT prop pox.

@SC4BOY: Of course, you're right. The thread is pretty clear on that Prop Pox only happens in really big cities. How did I miss that..? Anyway, the issue not being Prop Pox is a very, very good thing.

You should try what ROFLyoshi said, and if it doesn't work you might find som pointers in the Bugs & Technical Issues section.

Thanks for the constructive input, when ever i start a thread i always leave out one small thing in my first post. I already do have the options set as high as they will go. I'll go check out that thread anyways. Thanks for the help.
