After I had to close my old city Trievere due to having problems balancing the budget with a high enough income to support new projects, I have decided to make a new city.

I just started on it today, and have spent an hour or two making some of the infrastructure. I intend to make the entire city infrastructure before starting to plot buildings.

A sandbox mod has been used.

I hope to have a huge update coming friday

A mini-update from me:

I've expanded the long stretch from last time, and added a corner to it just up ahead:

 

On the opposite end of the vista-road, I have added a new city neighborhood:

Citizens have now begun moving into the city. The first people have settled in the Diamond Valley Neighborhood, just south-east of what is projected to be downtown:

Further south-east you will find The Enclave, an expensive neighbor-hood reserved for the rich:

Just north-east of Diamond Valley, you find the Diamond Valley shopping district. Just next to the shopping district, work has begun on the Nova Prospect highway:

Further north-east you'll find the Nova Prospect industrial area:

which is only accessable over the Nova Prospect bridges:

Downtown North is also taking shape:

Downtown will be divided into two distrcits, Downtown North and Downtown South. Both districts have already been prepared for citizens to move in:

(The road leading out of North Downtown will lead to Clover Fields, the next big district coming soon)

Note: I know that Olde Town isnt made yet. Unfortunately I cannot make it before the old english patch is released for the solo mode, when the planet offer ends.

I have now played the city a lot more, and have some fresh screenies for you

Diamond Valley is fully inhabited now, and a new financial district, Diamond Heights has been added just adjacent to it.

Downtown has been transformed as well. New bricks has been laid:

And the center stretch has been turned into two long lakes:

Withe the brand new city hall dividing them:

On the southern far end of the lakes, you find the Northwoods gate:

And on the northern far end is the "Our Saviours church" (Not pictured in this update)

When you exit to the North, you will pass through the "Astoria Head" financial district:

Another vista of the Astoria Head district is from the Acadia tunnel/bridge (compare to earlier screenshot):

Acadia is a brand new neighborhood for the super-rich. The entire area is surrounded by moats and security gates:

Acadia is a very quiet and idyllic place to live.

At the center of Acadia, owners has raised a statue for the goddess of fortune.

To finish up, I will just add the final two screens for today. One shows the Clover Field district as it looks today, and the other shows the Northwoods international airport:

I've worked a bit on the city today. It has resulted in one new neighborhood and some remodelling of the traffic flow between neighborhoods.

..Spikespiegel I had the chance to review your CJ... I observed a really great work... a work coming from Middle East . I've seen very similar projects been made in real life in real cities in Middle East... (or at least they have been proposed to be made). And you use your fantasy and your creativity in an awesome way based on these projects... Really good work!

Btw can you present us a total overview of your city? thanks a lot.
