How Do I Download THe NAM??

I dont know, ive searched for it, and come up with little. Its confusing. Can anyone help me?

The Nam Can be downloaded here

Once it has downloaded, browse to where ever you saved the file. I recommend creating a folder in your My Documents, specifically for downloads from simtropolis.com, so that they are all in one place. 

You will  be presented with a .zip file, which looks like a folder with a zipper running across it. We need to extract the file, which is commonly called unzipping it.

To unzip the contents of this file, right click it, select "Extract All", and then unzip the files to the directory: "My Documents/SimCity4/Plugins".

The NAM is an installer. This is a .exe inside the unzipped folder. Double click it and a installer will come up. you will then need to follow the instuctions inside the installer.

I just re-installed SC4,RH + Nam.  Its in documents\simcity4\plug-ins.  Nam put a plug-ins folder inside of my-documents plug-ins folder.  This might seem like a stupid question, but are the files inside the Nam plug-in folder fuctional or do I have to transfer them to my documents\plug-ins?

I also have two other plug-in folders inside of C:\program files\maxis\simcity4 that I have no idea what to do with?  What are all these plug-in folders for and which ones are important?
