Region Generation Error

G'day,

I'm playing Simcity 4 Deluxe and I'm trying to generate a region using CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+R and I point to the greyscale file of the region (this is the greyscale image of the region). I have been successful before on my old computer before it went to lunch. It worked.

Now I am attempting this again and the following error message is displayed:

REGION GENERATION ERROR

Region bitmap size is incorrect --

5121x4737, should be 1025x1025.

Any tips on how to remedy this before I rely on SC4 Mapper and/or SC4 Terraformer?

Just in case I'm not successful with generating a region from a greyscale image, has anyone had any problems after installing or downloading this to use the above programs:

MSCVP71.DLL

I need to know before I either live to regret or celebrate with bated breath downloading this dll file.

You need the proper config.bmp file size, 80x74 pixels.  What you have is the default config.bmp, 16x16 pixels.
