Running in windowed mode...

I've tried running SimCity4 with the -window switch. It worked fine when I was running the original SimCity4, but it's not working after I've upgraded to Deluxe Edition. Any help?

    Why would you want to?  Do you have a dual core system?  SC uses all of a CPU and runs to the time-out relinquish every time.
