How do you rename buildings

How do you rename buildings. I have this hospital I downloaded form the stex and within the hospital are marketing buildings. How do I change it so that when I hover over it, it all says MedicalCenter for instance.

I do not want to use the query in game, I want to permanently change the name of my building.

Here is a short tutorial on how to change the name of a building

You will need Reader to do it. 

1. Open the Lot File that comes with the download of your hospital using reader.  You should see a puzzle piece with the name of the lot below it click on that.
2. There will then be some things that appear in the blank area to the right of the puzzle piece that say "Exemplar file" Pick the bottom one. If you dont see anything you will need to click the "Fill the List" button
3. After clicking that, more stuff will appear in the big area on the far right. Look For The Propertey "Item Name" in the far right area and double click it
4. Clicking on that should open a new window. Below "Values as text" in the new window  put in the new name then click apply to the right.
5. Click on Apoly at the very bottom. It should close the window when you do, if not do it manullay. then save the lot using "save" at the top
6. You are now done you can close out the program.

The name might not change in game after you rename it, If it sill has the old name then demolish and rebuild it, and the new one should have the right name.
