Where is the CD key written?

I bought CitiesXL Limited Edition a long time ago but did not try to install it until just now. I was asked for the CD Key, as expected, and looked at the back of the manual to read the key. The problem is that their is no CD key there. There is the 10 Golden Rules thing, a suspiciously blank white box, and at the bottom there is copyright material.

Is the CD key written somewhere other than the back of the manual? The installation guide says that is on the back of the manual. Do I need to contact Monte Cristo? I s there a LEGAL way to find the my cd key without stealing someone else's. Do NOT give me any illegal information.

I do not have a scanner but I can take a picture of my manual if requested. I will take pictures of anything if it will help. I will even copy my order information emails from October.

Ocram's Razor: Though "more things shouldn't be used than are necessary," they're just too fun to pass up! Expect many verbose arguments from me. I will try to write abstracts before or short summaries after from now on.

It think that you can send a photo of the manual to MC with a ticket. Probably they'll ask you something else to proof you bought the game (other codes?).

There shouldn't be any problem...

    My login and password do not work. I think I need to register my game before I can log in. I did not uninstall then reinstall. This is the first time I took the DVD out of the case.
