NAM problem: elevated trains, monorails and regular trains not working

Hi!

I don't know if any of you had this problem, but if you did, pls help:

I installed the latest NAM + the update pack. I also have the SC4 update, and I read the instructions carefuly, a couple of times.

However, there is a big problem: I can build networks, but the bulit railways (elevated, monorail, GLR etc.) are not appearing on the data view map, there is no traffic on them. Trains, trams are not showing up, and this is not a graphics problem. Without NAM everything is working fine, but it is not the solution.

Any idea?

Do you have a left-hand version of the game (vehicles drive on left)? If so, it sounds as if you may have installed the right-hand NAM component. If you just clicked through the setup, then the right-hand file is installed by default.

Well it wasn't the problem, since I've tried both versions. Now I solved partly the problem and did not install the Additional Bridges mod, now everythong works fine 4.gif

Did you completely remove the older installation before re-installing? Just a thought...

It seems to be a similar problem I had a few weeks ago -that was easily solved by reinstalling the NAM in the other hand version- but you should give it some time, NAM takes sometimes over a virtual year to work properly. Otherwise try starting up the game with just the NAM and without all other plugins, then put them in again 1 by 1 and find out what is the corrupting file. You will see lots of brown boxes but in my case it is a proven way to find out the problem.

    Good luck
