Can't Install Rush Hour on computer running Windows Vista

I noticed that a few other people had the same problem searching through the forums but I couldn't find where someone answered this problem. I installed SC4 Vanilla with no problems. When I tried to install the Rush Hour disc the computer tried to start it, thought about it for a moment, then nothing. I then tried installing it using a previous version of Windows (I checked XP), still nothing. I did try playing SC Vanilla to test if it would work and seemed to work fine (I was bored the whole time LOL). Anyone out there heard of a fix for this problem? Try installing the game outside of the Program Files folder. Make sure the UAC popup doesn't get buried so you don't see it, so you can OK the install.

Rush hour disk installation "solved"

As we speak its installing.

Okey. heres the trick. Run explore on your disk drive to open up the files within your disk. Copy over the files into a new folder on desktop. once done run the setup in your new folder. Wolla. all done.

My only issue now is finding away of playing the game. I have a blank black screen when on start up. Im told its a possible driver problem but i have fully up to date drivers.
