Screen Size In-game messed up...

I recently got a new computer screen that is quite big. I tried going to the graphic settings thing in SC4 so the game would fit the whole screen but it didn't do that at all... Instead, I put it on the largest Screen resolution, now the game screen slightly moved toward the bottom corner, and I can acess certain menus and the button Mayor button when you start a new game. I can't fix it, becuase the Settings button in region view and in a city is off into the black part of the screen and I can't click it... What should I do? Do I have to re-install the game? Isn't there something on the key board that can acess this for me so I can fix the screen? Is there a way to do it without playing Sc4? This is only in the game, not my entire computer, in case someone thinks that. Please can someone tell me how to fix this without re-installing the game.

You'll need to set a resolution manually.

Right click your SC4 shortcut, go to properties, go to the shortcut tab, and down to the "Target" box.

Go past the last " mark and enter a space, then -CustomResolution:Enabled and -rWIDTHxHEIGHTx32. (WIDTH and HEIGHT being the width and height)

It should end up similar to (but not exactly) like "C:\Program Files\Maxis\SimCity 4\Apps\SimCity 4.exe" -CustomResolution:Enabled -r1600x900x32
