The next update will be tomorrow unless I cant sleep, as I am cooking a very labor intensive long cook time soup 4.gif

Edit: There is a fresh update of a big giant mosaic at the end of the third page for those of you who only look at the fourth page lol.

Fantastic work on the mosaic; it's so huge 21.gif I really admire your residential areas with all those small houses, quiet streets and serene canals - everything looks so peaceful.

Hope that Avista will get those 100 comments soon!

    Elemented9:

I have noticed that people love mosaics so I try to make one every so often, thanks for visiting.

    Simbourgeois:

Whats with the rolly eyes mister! lol, thanks, I think they look peaceful too.

Wow, I did not think I would last this long, I believe this is like my 14th update or so.

I decided to do another small update, but remember the 100th commenter will be featured in the next update as a important person/place/thing.

At an interchange, there has been alot of recent development, mostly commercial.

    fvjjp1.jpg

In the middle of this development is where new apartments were built.

    2uxu5jc.jpg

The residents from those apartments mostly have jobs right across the street at the interchange office park.

    29vc75d.jpg

After they get off work they like to treat themselves and their families to a meal at one of the many nearby dining establishments.

Wow that day-night-cycle mosaic is stunning! I'm almost speechless... I also like the suburb-ish look of Beaver. And the commercial development in your latest update is very nice too, pretty details there.

    *back to study mode* ugh...

Very nice night shots! I see that your sims have some great options for late night dinner... after spending an evening at the excellent indoor sports facilities, of course, to stay on the healthy side 2.gif

    Great update, as always!

Wonderful area you have recently developed here love the night shots. I noticed the streetside mod and that there are no actual trees which shows that all those lots are plopped for the residential areas if u use tilesets and let the buildings grow it will look much better to have the streets covered in the large trees that accompany the mod. All in all wonderful work though the pictures are incredible as always.

The first picture confuses me a little. The area in the upper right corner looks kinda raised, but then again it does not... lol. Did I make sense?

Anyway, very nice work as always! Looking forward to your next update.

Yay, Avista's at 112 comments and almost to page 5!

As promised I have made Oktoberfest an important figure in Avista...

Oktoberfest was born and raised in Avista, went to the local college and jump started a few different businesses by the time he was thirty. He was the wealthiest man in the entire Avista area by the time he turned 45. After the Flood tragedy of 2002 destroyed Avista International Airport(AIA) he provided 80% of the funding, donating millions. Many Call it Oktoberfest International Airport now.

Today he is still alive living in his mansion in the Imperial district, but he is known to man as a saint.

(This is my first airport so be nice 3.gif)

At the airport you can find...

    Big Planes

    ta1pn6.jpg

    and Small Planes

    9aya7l.jpg

3 Large Runways and a pond.

    2digbia.jpg

    There are 2 main entrances

    2z4k55y.jpg

    23ubspi.jpg

    And many hotels nearby

    sw62c6.jpg

    wrmm4j.jpg

    2qwhmky.jpg

The Airport has some room still for more airlines to come to Avista

    2cmttc.jpg

AIA is relatively large, here are photo's of the left, right, and center portions of the airport. The last photo was taken at night when it was foggy.

Thanks for viewing, I have noticed that comments seem to take longer to get, lets see if that is the case after this update.

The next update will be a suprise as I am not sure what I want to show right now.
