Well, I have some bad news, as my signniture says, I will be on vacation(Not telling you where) from June 19-July 15. During this time you may respond on this and other threads, but i will have a low chance of responding back.

Well, interesting project, but that itself doesn't look too much like a billboard. It's hard to read, and there's too much writing. Not to mention  that it's not very realistic. Billboards don't normally give addresses, instead they say Exit 54, 1 mile right; or something like that. 

Check out some real life instances to get ideas.

  Also, here is what I mean with the directions on one. It's not the best example in the world, but I think you get the basic idea, you can find them all over highways.

I agree - not much of a realistic billboard. This looks like the interior of a pamphlet at a travel agency, and not something you're going to read effectively while driving past it. You would get into a car accident trying to read about the free cable and high speed internet.

Okay i am giving up on this project, and I have some bad news:My simcity 4 CD is soooo scratched that it won't work any more. However, I am trying to fix the problem as best as I could. I may have to end up buying a new one.=)

I would use a white background with special messages on yellow panels (ex:  "25 MPH").

I also don't know which font you're using, but I would use one of the Roadgeek fonts (Series E or EM, I think).

One more edit (lol) . . . regarding the model: 

I'd move the signs up a little bit - right now, it looks like a truck / trailer could hit the bottom of the signs and take out at least the bottom fourth.

If you are making these signs for RHW-4, you just need one arrow per sign, not two. It's one arrow for each lane.

I am giving up on my toll gantry project because I forgot to save the "Gmax " file to a drive when my dad put windows 7 on our computer. i will put Gmax and the BAT back on the computer tomorrow, and then i will start a new project

Try to use Inkscape for your signs. They will look a lot better then. Also try to keep you font size constant and line up your text better.

And the Airport Parkway shield: can you make it more simple? Your current shield allows you only one-digit numbers and I see black text on a green background again. What did I say about that a few pages back? That's a no-go!

Nathan, you've stuck with BATting for a while, which is great, and you definitely shown some of the will to get better, which is excellent.

But, to be very good at something, you've got to be persistent about it, and keep practicing it until you can do it do it with quickness and ease. I am taking up BATting myself, and it has taken me months to get to where I am now, which I think is decent BATs, but there is still so much I can improve on. I had the problem of switching projects when they became too hard, but not anymore. I work thorough the tough parts, and have become a better BATter because of it. 

I hope you too can find a way to work through the tough spots, and come out a very talented BATter. I know you can, I can, you just have to have a lot of perseverance and patience.

It looks a little boxy....if you know what I mean. Did you try modeling a real one? That always helps me.

Also, put some roof junk on the roof for sure......

@DCmetro:I am making this so it looks like it goes back to the 1700s-1800s, when there were no AC, etc. As well, I am not modeling a real one because I just wanted to design one myself
