Christmas theme main menu

Ok, this is a pet peeve of mine.

The christmas themed image on the background of the main menu has octagonal snowflakes.

That is completely impossible. It drives me crazy when I see 8 sided snowflakes.

The hydrogen atoms in the water molicule are 120 degrees apart.

Water can only crystalize in hexagonal shapes.

All snowflakes have 6 points.

Not the French ones. The French are always extra fancy, even when it comes to snowflakes.

I didn't notice - the xmas lights everywhere irritate me though. The odd few wouldn't be so bad but theres far too many and on every single street - they should just be on one or two roads like luxury avenues or something. Also I dunno if its the lights or something else, but CXL now takes over 10 minutes to load since the latest patch and it used to be less than a minute. Maybe it's because of a first-time launch since new graphics were added or something, I don't know.

On the plus side the new options to display routes when querying roads is nice

It seems to be loading up quick again now - must have been a one off. I'm guessing it was uncompressing the new graphics to my solid state disk or something the first time it launched.

Never ceases to amaze me.  I can see some valid complaints in some content choices of MC.  Hopefully this snowflake was TIC.  I took it that way.

I know it's a nit-picky little thing.

It's just a pet-peeve of mine that bugs me every christmas season.

It's not so much as a complaint about MC as it is about all the 8 sided snowflake graphics I see all over the place.

I'm aware that I can be a perfectionist about some things. I have a background in graphic art & drafting.

The complaint was intended to be more tongue in cheek. I understand the concept of artistic license.

I just felt compelled to say something.
