Mod-Tools for Sim City Societies

Can anyone tell me, which mod-tool can be used for sim city societies? I can only find tools for sim city 4.

Well due to SCS being a comptete failure, no modding tools were made. The only thing that was ever created regarding how to mod things was this how to file.

I agree.....however, there is a simcity societies update on the site.

As well, here are two other ways to get mods:

1)Tilited Mill forums, as well as simcity.com

2)Make your own by editing the XML file(Be careful)
