Do they not want my business?

Well I bought the game the first time and within 30 seconds thier server kicked back the transaction for fraud, even though it wasn't and banned the account.  Ok... whatever... Now I purchased it through Impulse, where I have several other games... transaction went smoothly... account still banned.  I tried to create a new one... e-mail banned... tried to contact support.  banned.  What the heck is going on?  They finally get some updates out that interest me and now they won't let me play?  I'm not opening up a second e-mail account to create a new game account just because Motaboli or whomever they are has thier head up thier bum and loves to wave the perma-ban stick for no reason at paying cutomers.  I'm contacting Stardock for a refund and to file a complaint.  My advice... avoid Cities XL... they have no idea how to maintain a customer account system and will ban on a whim with no way for you to contact them to resolve the issue.

P.S. Why does the Metaboli email server only reply in french?  I understand it's a french company but I have no idea what it says...

The response to my support ticket with them was..

I understand the first line... it's an automated response generated by the server...

But what does the second line mean?  I took french a LONG time ago and i'm a little rusty.

There have been many people that have complained about this fraud thing. They had send out a support ticket, and when their trasnaction actully wokred, they were unbanned after explining what happend in the support ticket.
