Population percentages

I have been told that having too many R$$$ sims can start the abandoned building issue due to not having enough $$$ jobs in your city. Is there a way that you can tell what your percentage of the three wealth categories?  Is the census repository the best way to get these numbers or is there something else?

There is a chart in the chart section in Sim City 4. It has the number of sims who are that category, so you could figure out a percentage with the total number of residents.

Also note that even the CS$$$, CO$$$ and IHT only employ about 10-15% of their workers as R$$$, the majority are just R$$. in other words, you need a majority R$$ city or region to properly function.
