Blue Bars in region view

Each city in the region has a blue bar across the bottom once the city has been opened and saved. I added several files from the STEX at one time and don't know which one got me, anyone have any idea's?

That is a known bug, it is caused by rendering at a resolution of 1600x1200 or higher.  Sometimes you can render, or save the city at a lower resolution, and then go back to the higher resolution.

jester like tungston said, it is a known issue. but if you save your city at a lower resolution the bar  will be gone, however if you increase your resolution after and resave they will come back again.

Also they are not really blue bars but a missing strip of texture so you are actually seeing the background.
