Cities XL Install under Win VISTA

I have two computers, one with Win 7 RC and one with Win VISTA Ultimate Service Pack 2.
The installation of Cities XL worked perfectly on Win 7 system, but won't work at all at VISTA
system. As soon as the installation routine wants to open Setup_C2 (which shows this
damned Administrator symbol of VISTA) it will simply skip Setup_C2 to C4 and will confirm
that installation is complete (after 30 seconds). Of course game won't start.

Anyone who had the same issue and solved it?

I've never had any trouble, while I had the Steam Version..

Maybe you can turn of the UAC, that can be done at Users in Configuration Screen (not sure, i don't have english version)

After reboot (required) the UAC is off, so maybe it will then install fine..

thanks, the problem was solved after re-start of the computer. Can't wait to install Win7....

is windows 7 officially supported by Cities XL? i'm not sure..

Only Win7 Beta apparently..
