There was such a tileset in the Special edition of Simcity 2000. Not all of the buildings changed, though. Some stayed the same. (I don't think any of the tilesets changed every building, some only changed a couple..) I don't have screenshots but I do have the game working, so I could get some... EDIT: Here you go. Turns out most of the buildings do change. Only a couple don't. All three images are 1280x960 (the screen resolution of the computer I'm running the game on), so I'll just give links rather than shrink them since image clarity is important here: one two one

^^^Okay, the html on that post somehow got screwed up and it's no longer accepting the function of the enter key. So forget it, here's the links again:

Wow![:0] I've never seen the future tileset before because it never grew in my cities. Some of those buildings are really interesting.

Thanks for the pictures, they will come in useful for the SC2000 BAT project.

Wow, thank you so much for taking the screenshots and preserving the resolution!
I've never seen this tileset either!

Actually there is another one I mean. Did the first Sim City have a future tileset? Probobly not, hugh? It had only squares anyways. But which Sim Game was it then...?

in simcity 2000, there were actually 2 future tilesets, one called 2050 which had different future tilesets than the ones above, which were the future tilesets. (from memory)

this tileset wouldn't just grow on its own. You needed the special edition or the SCURK. ANd you would have to switch to it through options. And it would change all the buildings to their equivalents in the other tilesets. Only simcity 4 can put new buildings in the game, SC2 and SC3 could only replace ones already there.
