Map downloading problems.

I have been wanting to download a new region, and the one I want to download is a grayscale map. I have done all the steps that I am supposed to do to put the region in the game, but when I press CTRL ALT SHIFT R all at once, no box pops up like it is supposed to. What do I do???

I have noticed that if you do it in this order and hold each button down as you hit it till you have hit all four. don't force it just hit the buttons and it will pop up. control>alt>shift>r

I use my left hand to hit ctrl and alt ................. then i use my left hand to hit shift and r

Thats how I do it but there are alot of people here better than me with more experience than me so someone might have a better way
