i am new here

i downlaoded walmart and rural highway mod and a ruaral highway

1, downloaded it

2, i svaed it to the plugins in the sim city 4 drive

then i went on sim city 4 but it wasnt there

what am i doing wrong?

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).

3. Place in Downloads Folder: Cut and paste the .package file(s) into your Downloads folder:

* Windows XP: Documents and Settings\(Current User Account)\My Documents\EA Games\The Sim city 4\Downloads\

* Windows Vista: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\EA Games\The sim city 4\Downloads\

* Mac: Users\(Current User Account)\Documents\EA Games\The sim city 4\Downloads\

First step is to extract both downloaded folders to My Documents\Simcity 4\Plugins (different for Vista).

The rural Highway comes as a .exe file, which you should run and follow the instructions to install, remember that RHW requires the Network Addon Mod to work.

The Walmart should work provided you've extracted it to the correct location.
