i dont know how to create new items but i have an idea for streets and highways. why arent there more options on different sizes on streets and highways to handle different volumes of traffic. why not have a boulevard with three or four lanes of traffic going each direction or a three or four lane one way street, and why not be able to do this for highways. like i said i dont know how to create new objects for download but it anyone agrees with me and would be willing to do something like this with out putting zero to little dependencies that would be appreciated

There is alredy a mod just like what you want called the Rural Highway, it allows you to create 8 and 10 lane highways You can download it here

This mod adds many highway options to your game. It needs the NAM to work. Both downloads have information on how they work in the download descrption

There are also some downloadable things that let you build "garden" to create a boulevard between the two Rural Highway (RHW) roads.

I don't remember if you can build intersection between RHW and Maxis roads (correct me if I'm wrong)

no you cant i was just trying them out and you cant make rhw and rwh roads either which would be nice

ok after playing around with the RHW it is not what im looking for i want just simple roads that work just like the avenues or roads where you can intersect them and not have to build overpasses over them and of course with more lanes to hold higher volumes of traffic if anyone could make one that would be great
