CD Key not on manual

 I received my copy of the game that I pre-oredered, but the manual does not have the CD Key printed on it, so I am stuck in the midst of registering my profile and the game.  It has been 24 hours, with no response from MonteCristo either.  Any suggestions?

you would get the key via email so it won't be on the package. did you ever get the confirmation in your email when you bought the game? if you have not ever gotten any correspondence from MC since buying it then you may have given the wrong email. Maybe you overlooked it? Went to SPAM? Or the bounce back issue talked about in the link.

People actually CAN call customer support (which I have yet to see anyone mention) and ask any question regarding your purchase. I did that and someone answered and gave me real info and everything. Not getting a key sounds like a purchase issue to me.

I keep seeing people say they sent an email. Why is no one calling the support line?

So I contacted TMPDirect, and they said they submitted the request for a key to be generated and sent to me, and I should receive it within 24 hours. That was 31 hours ago. I am going to give them 48 total before calling them again.

My CD Key email came from webmaster@citiesxl.com, so you might want to contact them instead. The CDs and Keys are separate.
