Sim City Start up Problem

 I took a break from SC4 about 2 years back and now I want to play again. Everytime I pop the disk in, the game starts up and then after the little trailer thing pops up, only the Region button Options button, and leave button appear, leaving a screen with the frozen SC4 image after the trailer finishes playing.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

try clearing your plugins

or reinstall then install update

also turn off the intro by adding /introff to your shortcut
