Rules for Posting Lots on STEX

Quick question.  There are a few older lots on the STEX that only come in ploppable form.  I finally figured out how to make these growable.  I am now using them in my own game and thought people might like them.  However, I'm not sure what the rules are on this.  For example, I converted a bunch of the TDP Bricktown series into growables.  Can I post these on the STEX?  I know I'm not allowed to repost the model (this would be wasteful anyway), but can I post the growable lot and desc files?  Do I need permission from tomdapom?

I believe you do, but if the member is inactive, you need to do some more research.

As long as you don't include any of the original files (the model in particular), you can safely upload the new lots. Just include a dependency link to the original file in your readme/description.
