After many attempts over the years trying to have succesfully, financially grounded cities, I'm finally able to have sucessful cities from the start. Thanks to the tutorials here, I am now able to execute new strategies resulting in having large populated cities with good business turnover, low unemployment and progressing high wealth RCI.

So thanks to the peeps here for all the help. This game is fun again
