Street end mod?

I noticed in some screenshots taken that the streets end in like a cul-de-sac instead of the normal streets end in the game. Is there a mod to make those street ends?

Search Cul-de-sac mod or hit the most downloaded button, There used to be the Modds and Downloads section, it was the 3rd or 4th most downloaded mod... here it is https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=21363 Its like 5 years old, its a good mod though.

No problem, I've downloaded 2 gb+ of stuff so I can help with alot of stuff (unless its a skyscraper lol )
