Tell us your boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife's quirks

Just like the title says.  Many of us have or will, at some point in our lives, live with someone.  Doing so requires us to put up with certain quirks.  Some may be deal breakers.  I couldn't live with someone who chewed food with their mouth open.  Such a relationship would likely end in homicide.  (Justifiable, I believe.)

So...  My boyfriend's quirks:

- He cleans.  No problem, right?  Sounds nice?  Hold up.  He has his own special way of cleaning the hardwood floor.  His cleaning material of choice?  Masking tape.  That's right.  On many occasions, I find him hunched down on the floor, butt sticking up in the air, sticking and unsticking a piece of tape all over the hardwood.  No matter how many times I look at him like he's nuts while pointing at the Swiffer, he still does it.

- He puts his potato chips in the refrigerator.  I have no idea why...

- He eats doughnuts with a fork and knife.  But it's just doughnuts.  Other finger foods, like pizza and fries, he picks up and eats with his fingers.  Fork and knife with doughnuts...

- He uses tissues for everything.  Spilled something?  Need a rag?  Nope!  Half a box of tissues will typically be sacrificed to clean up the mess.  

So, let's hear it!  The most eye-rolling, mind-flipping things your partner does.

potato chips in the fridge? lol... i also know someone who eats donuts with a fork and knife, but he is 91 years old

a weird thing about me is that i have to sleep in complete darkness but there has to be some kind of white noise, like a fan. but not the tv.. just a fan. i guess its not that weird, but its all i can think of right now

Hmm...what to say? I got one! As long as she's not my girlfriend anymore...

Well, (this was a few years ago), I learned that she broke her hand and had to have surgery on it. How did she break it? Walking into a wall.

And a bird left something in her hair once...

Now watch as tommorrow she makes a ST account and gets mad at me for this.

Nearly every day, when I'm taking her to work, we stop for cigarettes. About half the time she buys dually wrapped Pop-Tarts. This is at the 7-11. Talk about getting raked in the head... just pick up a box when we go to the grocery store! Other than that... we are pretty tolerant of eachother's ways.

@Zel: Masking tape eh? That's a new one on me. (Although, my girlfriend and I both have been known to clean the throw rug with a lint brush. Cat hair everywhere!
