CXL needs CJs

CXL is getting a lot of heat lately and though the demo only last seven days. Some CJs would be nice. Doesn't matter if it's a short one or a very short one. I looked at the CJ section of CXL. Seems pretty hollow. I think the reason why CXL is falling apart is because so far, we haven't seen much or we haven't seen anything stunning. SC4 with all the plugins and addons will only look good by a city player who's skilled in planning his city.

Whether you'll buy it or not, if there were some CJs here that showed some of CXLs good side, then it's a few things to get disappointed. For those who want to buy the game, the CJs would somehow give us a guide as a means to get started in CXL.

True, there hasn't been many City Journals on the CitiesXL website during the demo, but it isn't really surprising giving the demo limitations, which meant you would only build temporary cities to try the game out. Not carefully crafted cities you want to tell the whole world about

We had some really nice CJs during the beta, well written and showing really interesting cities. We are looking forward to see similar CJs popping up once the game is released and we'll definitely put the best of them in the spotlight!

I am sure that once the game had been released we will see CJ's arriving thick and fast in the CXL City Journals Forum.   Check back after Oct 9.
