I'm afraid to say that it won't work that way. If you want to start a team, you should show some of your work first, maybe some peple will like it and offer a contribution of their own. Also, I have serious doubts that there are a whopping eight BAters out there who are seeking for a team where they could join. What did you plan do do for this team? The lotting, or the modding? Also, just out of personal interest: You're from Tennessee, why do you plan to start a German BAT team? Do you have German roots, or do you know Germany very well?

If you want to start a project, you should show to the community the theory behind this project (targets, phases, photos, how many buildings, how many mod, how much time,....) and something real (BATs or mods you've already made). Also remember that it's very difficult to find some batter who have nothing to do at the moment and want to join new projects. I don't know very well, but I think that the SFBT team (from Germany) have already made lots of BATs and mods about German style buildings.

It's great that you're interested in starting your own BAT team, but to avoid learning lessons the hard way, I'd give this thread a read.

Bottom line is that before you can attract other searious BATers to your team (which is a hard thing to do), you need to first show us what you can do yourself.
