Who has the access to add points to people? For instance, can I give points to you for answers you give that are clear and helpful?

1. Points are awarded as such: 1 point for a forum post, 5 points for a CJ update in the new CJ section, and 10x the rating on each of your STEX uploads.

2. I recommend this be merged into "Points", in Simtropolis Related.

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.
