Your Nightlife District is where you would put your clubs (STEX obviously) condos/hotels, casinos, roadside storefronts, and theaters, and you would imagine teenagers and adults walking the sidewalks past evening.

Here's my nightlife district, followed by a close up. (I changed Jolly Manor to Jolly's Casino and Resort)
