Demo problem.

When i try to log in, the demo client says that it's looking for updates. After a little while, the client says that the download failed. I'm stuck at the 1.0.3006 version. How can i download the update?

I had that problem all day yesterday and today it is working. I think it is their server.

Yea I had the same exact problem, just keep trying it during different times of the day.

I can start the game now, but a screen pops up and it says "We hope you have enjoyed this short glimpse of Cities XL." WTF?!

wow, that is a short glimpse! try uninstalling and reinstalling. I had a crash error when I installed the first time, a reinstall fixed the issue for me. also, remember that there is an entire continent of people downloading the demo and the patch this week so servers might be a little slow.

Ahh, it's still showing the short glimpse screen..

I can't play the demo =[  has this error, and says it had to put the graphic settings on really low, I can play FSX at 30 fps and I bet it isnt as complex as that game.   well *makes spit noises* 

and I cant advance further keeps popping up. had to use Ctrl alt del

edit: Oh and I got XP sp3  just a windows 7 desktop background

I downloaded and installed the game. There is no icon to play the game? Now what?

I even have a checking for updates problem on 1.0.3006 version. It says, "ERROR RETRIEVING UPDATE VERSION NOT FOUND" and PLAY button appears. I press it and enter the game. And after the monte cristo logo, it says, RESTART THE GAME and install latest patch...

What should I do?
